The use of a Senior Interim Project Manager, Valerie Cross (Wilkins), was one of the critical success factors in Panasonic delivering our SAP project, on-time, within budget and within scope. Without this external support I doubt whether we would have been able to deliver the same result. Their professionalism, independence and above all their Project Management approach were absolutely first class.
