• I have worked with Valerie on the Revalidation Programme for the NMC, reporting to her as the Programme Manager. I found Valerie to be of the highest caliber and acts with the greatest integrity and professionalism at all times.

• Valerie is a customer focused, strategic and delivery oriented Programme Manager with great commitment and drive.
  In the 7 months I have worked for her I have seen her drive forward the successful strategy for Revalidation, managing a difficult and complex set of stakeholders across 4 country governments and health sectors.
  On a more personal note, Valerie is a delight to work for, both for her mentoring capability and her personable and approachable nature, and I look forward to working with her again at some point in the future.
